Athens may not be known for its fashion industry, but you can't find a better place for quirky souvenirs, kitschy statuettes and gourmet Mediterranean ingredients. Psirri is also a great place for discovering the few remaining specialty shops that make leather sandals, brass pots and wooden sieves or tiny shops where they sell nothing but long strands of garlic.
